Manchester first opened the scoring thanks to Amad Diallo (13th minute), before Antoine Semenyo equalized shortly before halftime (40th minute). But just a few minutes later, Casemiro (45th minute) restored MU’s lead from a corner.

After the break, Bournemouth scored two goals in quick succession, within six minutes. The Cherries were then leading 3-2 by the 52nd minute!

Six minutes—that’s twice as long as it took United to get back in front, thanks to a stunning free kick from Bruno Fernandes (77th minute) and a goal from Matheus Cunha (79th minute). MU was then leading 4-3 with ten minutes left in regulation time.

But Bournemouth had a response and showed it again!

For the third time in the match, Andoni Iraola’s players drew level, this time thanks to the former FC Lorient sensation, Eli Junior Kroupi (84th minute).
