Player of Fenerbahce since 2023, midfielder Fred is reportedly a target for Flamengo for the next season.

This is according to Turkish journalist Yusuf Kenan Çalık.

According to the portal NTV Spor, Internacional and Atlético-MG were the first to show interest in the player.

He has played 18 games this season, with 11 as a starter, scoring one goal and providing two assists.

Born in Belo Horizonte, Fred began his training at Galo, went through the youth system of Porto Alegre - a club licensed since 2012 - and turned professional at Colorado.

He joined Fener for 9.7 million euros after five seasons at Manchester United, a club that paid 59 million euros in 2018 to acquire him from Shakhtar Donetsk.
