Marlon and Zé Ivaldo were loaned by Cruzeiro and will secure a considerable sum for the club.

After the left-back reached the target set to be purchased by Tricolor, it was the defender's turn to make the celestial board celebrate. 

By playing for Santos against Mirassol in the last round of the Brasileirão, Zé Ivaldo fulfilled the goal of playing in at least 60% of Peixe's games.

This will make Alvinegro disburse 1 million euros (R$ 5.3 million) to keep him permanently. 

According to ge, this amount will be paid in four installments starting in January. 

Zé Ivaldo joined Cruzeiro on loan from Athletico in 2022. He returned permanently last year. 

Marlon, on the other hand, met the minimum number of games back in October.

Grêmio will need to pay 3.5 million euros (R$ 21.6 million) to sign the left-back permanently.

He arrived at Cabuloso in 2023, after a stint with the Turkish club Ankaragücü.

He had good moments but saw a drop in performance and became a target for the fans. He was loaned to the Gaucho club this season. 

In third place on the Brasileirão table, Cruzeiro will return to action this Sunday (23).

They will host Corinthians starting at 8:30 PM (Brasília time) at Mineirão.
